The company I used to work for used AIM and when I transitioned into a new position at a new company, we were in desperate need of an IT company. I had such a great experience with AIM previously I knew who to call!! AIM is now our permanent IT company, they are always so helpful, even it is a silly question, they never make us feel like we are asking something silly. They have dropped everything to come to our office to help and saved us quite a few times! I wish I could give more stars!!!!!
