Dishonest practices from Taxicab Authority drivers. I honestly can not recommended taking a Taxi here. I was a victim of long-hauling. I caught the driver going northbound from the airport instead of eastbound towards my destination. When I found out, he denied any wrong doing, even though his GPS told him to turn right several times. When I told him to pull over, we were already future away from our destination and threatened to keep our luggage hostage if we left the vehicle without paying. We proceeded to our destination after he finally admitted we were off course and said we could pay anything we wanted at our destination. Sure enough, at the end of our trip he took our $20 bill and gave is no change. Our tip total was $19.xx. What would have costed us a $10 Uber/Lyft drive, turned out to be $20 via Taxi.
