I recently worked with the builder of my new home and it was a mixed experience. The overall process was smooth and the design options were plenty. However, I did encounter some delays in the construction process and some miscommunication with the customer service team. 🏠 The quality of the finished product was decent but not outstanding. 🛠️ The neighborhood amenities were a major plus, but the overall value for the price was only average, in my opinion. I appreciate the effort put into the community and the homes, but I think there's room for improvement in the customer experience. 🤔
