Great people who do their best for us vets. Sometimes stretched thin, but that's not their fault. Care and responsiveness has improved in my seven years as a patient. There's an occasional misstep, as the Audiology Clinic's advice yesterday that they have succeeded in changing their former walk-in service, a real plus, to a two-month wait for an appointment. That's not progress.
