I recently joined a gym and decided to try out Ymca of the east bay. I'm really impressed with the facilities and the variety of classes they offer. The equipment is top-notch and always clean. The trainers are knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate that they offer child care services, which makes it easier for me to work out. The only thing I would change is the music they play in the gym - it's a bit repetitive and not my taste. But overall, I'm happy with my experience at Ymca of the east bay.
