From the second my family entered the door we were warmly greeted and immediately helped. Within 15 minutes we selected a vehicle that we were interested in and was on the road test driving it with Randy Lorelike. Instantly we bonded and told me everything about the Town and Country minivan. He was very helpful and instrumental in helping us decide that this was the vehicle for our family. When we arrived back at the dealership, Craig Smith already had the numbers ready for us. We were impressed with the cost of the vehicle which fit right into our budget. Randy, nor Craig, had to pressure us into the van. They were very professional and very informative about warranties and financing options. Because of friendliness, professionalism, and price of van we overwhelming wanted to buy from Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge and Jeep. They immediately took the car off of their inventory, detailed it, and had it ready to drive off the lot. Our experience with Amanda Schrider was excellent as well when we were signing all the necessary paperwork. Everyone we came in contact with at Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge and Jeep were a pleasure to be around. We especially appreciated Randy Lorelike taking the extra time to make sure we knew about every feature the Town and Country possessed. He even hooked up our Sirius radio and all bluetooth devices. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone I know. We will definitely be back to purchase our next vehicle from them.
