The main reason is because of the tax professional who prepared my paperwork, Priyanka Maheshka. She is very smart, professional, and wonderful at customer service. She knew the answers to my questions immediately and provided me with all the information I needed to make my experience a pleasant one. I would also like to mention that Priyanka prepared my taxes last year for the first time and I felt the same way then, even though it was during the worse COVID time. I would highly recommend HR Block and Priyanka to anyone I know.
