I had a very average experience with Talking Heads...

I had a very average experience with Talking Heads (psychology). The therapists were polite and professional, but I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to truly understand my concerns. The sessions were helpful to some extent, but I was expecting a more personalized approach. Overall, an average experience.
