I used to book this hotel for my guests at the University of Waterloo, but I'll not do that any more. Last time I called to make a reservation, I was put on hold for 15 min. I called half an hour latter, the same person had me on hold for another 5 min and then replied saying he is busy. I called 2 hours latter and to my surprise the same person put me on hold again for almost 10 min without any response. This is not the kind of treatment you expect for a hotel reservation disk.
