I would rate Spt systems as average. The overall experience was decent, but there is definitely room for improvement. The website is easy to navigate and the products are of good quality. However, I did encounter some issues with customer service. The response time was slow and the representatives seemed uninformed. I hope they work on these areas and provide a better experience in the future.
