I was in the Market for a nice Full sized pickup truck, and I've heard about Troncali Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram from a lot of people. I see their commercials and I know 1 person personally that Works there...Tyler Grant. I've heard of people's Good experience there, and the Dealer's Exceptional Inventory, so I decided to travel the 51 miles from my house to get a piece of the action. When my wife and I arrived, we were in Awe! The dealer isn't a Mega Dealer by no means but it's not tiny either. It seems like every car they had was Exceptional, not a lot full of econo boxes, though they did have vehicles for every budget. I was Greeted with genuine smiles, and the Dealer's Cat . She looked like she owned the place There was a genuine warmth about the Dealer. Tyler Grant, my Car Salesman met at the front Entrance of the dealer as he was going to gas up a vehicle he had just sold. He said He'll be right back. My wife and I proceeded to walk the lot un molested and drool over their Inventory, until we came up on the truck that called my name! Tyler Grant Previously sent me info on this Truck prior to our arrival, and seeing it in person, I had to have it. Getting it was a bit of a struggle because of my financial situation...too many open auto loans. But Troncali finance department went to work, fought tooth and nail with the banks, and obviously told them to give me a chance! That truck is sitting in my Driveway today. Tyler Grant is a people's person, a genuine Guy passionate about his job. Work ethic is in the ATMOSPHERE. Thanks Tyler Grant for being Patient and schooling me on the purchase of my Truck and Thank you Troncali Family for Smiling and Speaking to me every appropriate minute I was There. I had many Choices in Dealers across Ga, and I chose Troncali and I'm glad I did!!!
