On April 22, 2019, I brought my 2012 Lexus in for a recall service. The Service would take up to 3 hours or more. I was going to just wait for my car and take the shuttle to the mall , but then I realized by then I'd need to pick up my son from school. Matt Dubin encouraged me to take a rental car, I had expected an older vehicle but instead I had the best of the best a 2019 Lexus, it was very comfortable & the drive was amazing, he said I can return it in a couple of days. Not only did Matt provide excellent customer service in me getting a car rental but he also kept me informed as to the service updates of my car & I certainly enjoyed driving the new Lexus. Too bad I couldn't trade my car in. I appreciate the quality service that Hendricks provides. Please keep up the excellent reputation you have.
