CUSTOMER - I had an average experience with Health Direct Financial Se. The customer service was okay, but not exceptional. The process of applying for a loan was a bit lengthy and complicated. However, the interest rates were reasonable, and I was able to get the funds I needed in a timely manner. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
