Independent News & Media is an average company. The services they provide are decent, but nothing extraordinary. I have been a customer for a few months now, and while I haven't had any major issues, I also haven't been overly impressed. The customer support could be better, as there have been times when my inquiries took longer than expected to be resolved. Overall, it's an okay company to work with.
