The service provided by Lakes Region Urology PA was average. The staff was polite and the doctor was knowledgeable. However, I was not completely satisfied with the level of care I received. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously and the doctor did not spend enough time answering my questions. Overall, it was an okay experience.
