My car broke down on 664, VSP showed up and had it towed even though I told them the tow truck from my insurance was minutes away. Watched my car get taken, then the other tow truck showed up a minute later. I've called them repeatedly at multiple offices the past 2 days and no one can tell me where my car is, they say they have no record of it getting towed.
