The gym I belong to is Crossfit Rockford. The place is incredible. Crossfit Rockford's community is welcoming and encouraging. The coaches are very knowledgeable and approachable. The workouts are challenging but scalable to any fitness level. The facilities are well-maintained and have all the equipment you would need for a great workout. I have seen great improvements in my strength and endurance since I joined. Overall, I highly recommend Crossfit Rockford to anyone looking to improve their fitness.
