I purchased a complete set of cookware from a distributor back in 1985. Recently, one of my pans broke due to me dropping it. I contacted Carico and all they needed to do was to verify that I was the original owner of the set. After that, I mailed the pan to them for inspection and then they mailed me a new pan. My cost was only the shipping in sending the pan to Carico International. Plus, due to the age of the pan, they obviously didn't have that particular make but they replaced it with one that was the exact size and absolutely beautiful!
I would highly recommend Carico products to anyone looking for high quality, safe cookware. It definitely has withstood the test of time and if you do have an issue, there is a friendly representative waiting to help fix the problem quickly and to your liking. Thank you Patricia V
