Emerald Plumbing repiped my home and I couldn't be happier. The estimator, Hugh, job lead, Chad, and awesome team were professional, friendly, and very clear about what I should expect from the beginning and throughout the entire process. They do enter the house like a whirlwind with a team member in different parts of the house running pipes to each other, but they cleaned before they left and it was like they weren't there except for the holes in the walls. The drywall contractor called right away, but I couldn't answer because I was working so he worked around my tight schedule which was very helpful. Before the contract was signed, I informed the estimator that I needed the tub removed, drain moved and shower valve installed and was quoted an hourly rate which the job lead honored as written with no upcharges. When I need the tub and toilet installed I'll be sure to not only hire this company, but will request the same job lead and team.
