Worst product ever made had a brand new unit bough...

Worst product ever made had a brand new unit bought from the MFG and it was broken from day one and it has never been fired up. The owner of the company HIEU is the person that is saying he is the owner, said can send us a new control board. But this unit has never worked or ever fired up. Please never buy this unit.
