I have been working with Ftc talent media & entertainment for quite some time now, and I must say they are average at best. The communication is decent, but the overall service provided by them leaves a lot to be desired. There have been instances where deadlines were not met and quality was compromised. They definitely need to step up their game if they want to be considered a great company.
