I received this fee chart in the mail included with the welcome package from LoanCare, and was like what in the jolly rancher fruit snack are these subprime fees listed to conduct business. Then I went online and read the reviews, and was immediately regretting the servicing of my loan being transferred to this company. A big red flag was the fee for online payments; this is definitely a sign of a company hard up for money and with a plan to nickel and dime you out of every extra dollar they can get. This Welcome Letter was not what I was expecting, but from all the negative reviews I see doing business with them is going to be interesting to say the least!
