I recently had an experience with this photo booth service for an event, and I found it lacking. The setup took longer than expected, causing delays that impacted our schedule. 😕 While the concept of the open booth was appealing, the photo quality was mediocre, leaving guests a bit underwhelmed. Additionally, the customer service during our interactions felt distant, as if they weren’t fully engaged with our needs. It’s a decent option, but I believe there are better alternatives out there. 🥴
