I have been using a credit union for many years and recently decided to switch to Farm Bureau Credit Union. While their website is user-friendly and they offer competitive interest rates, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took multiple attempts to reach a representative and the wait times were longer than expected. Overall, my experience was average and I will continue to monitor their services.
