The service offered by carpet-commander.com was satisfactory, but not outstanding. The staff was friendly and professional, and they did a decent job of cleaning my carpets. However, I expected better results considering the price I paid. There were still some stains that weren't completely removed, and the overall cleanliness wasn't as high as I had hoped.
