I had the opportunity to work with a branding agency recently. It was a mixed experience overall. The initial communication was smooth, and they seemed enthusiastic about the project. However, as we progressed, their response time started to become slower. The quality of work delivered was average and did not meet my expectations entirely. I believe there is scope for improvement.
