Honestly, I wish I could rate Independent lower. I regrettably chose Independent for the management of my investment property but after a year, I had no choice but to switch - they were absolutely hopeless.

If you go with Independent, expect lost/missed bills (which then result in late fees or lapsed insurance policies that they take no responsibility for), extremely poor communication, no monthly statements and an incredibly difficult transfer process when you do wish to end your management services with them.

Super disappointed to see that they have somehow managed to bump their 1-2 star rating on Google of 6-12 months ago up to a 4+. So dodgy, don't be fooled by a rebrand. Steer well clear of this company!
