Hands down to worst RMA experience I have ever had.... They received my sons video card April 29, 2021 and stated it was NTF (no trouble found) even though another video card in my sons system has had zero problems since they insist theirs is fine.... then they hold the card for weeks claiming COVID is causing shipping delays.... it is now May 20, 2021 and they still have not shipped back our property
