I had a mixed experience with Sweet Surrender Publishing LLC. On one hand, their rates are affordable and they publish a variety of genres. On the other hand, I found their customer service to be lacking. Response times were slow, and I didn't feel like my concerns were adequately addressed. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I'm not sure if I would work with them again.
