I had high expectations when I first heard of Nova satus, but unfortunately, they fell short. The product I received was not up to par with what was advertised, and the customer service I received was lacking. I reached out to their support team multiple times but did not receive a satisfactory resolution. It was a disappointing experience, and I would caution others when considering purchasing from Nova satus.
