I recently had an appraisal done by a local company. The experience was satisfactory, but I wish I had chosen Tomaino appraisal instead. The report I received from the other company lacked the level of detail and professionalism that Tomaino appraisal provides. I will definitely be using Tomaino's services for future appraisals.
