I am a CUSTOMER and I would rate the Flint Hills Metropolitan Planning Organization as average. The organization has good intentions but there are areas that need improvement. The website is well-designed and user-friendly, providing important information about the organization and its mission. However, I found the navigation to be a bit confusing at times, especially when looking for specific reports or documents. The organization should consider streamlining the menu options to make it easier for users to find what they need. Overall, my experience with Flint Hills MPO was satisfactory but there is room for improvement.
