I had a mixed experience with Doulapp. On one hand, the website was easy to navigate and I was able to find a doula in my area. However, I found the communication with doulas to be a bit lacking. It was difficult to get timely responses and some doulas seemed uninterested. Overall, I did find a decent doula eventually, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of communication.
