I had an average experience with East Coast Insurance Consultants, Inc. The customer service was satisfactory, although there were times when I felt they could have been more attentive. The website was decent, but it could use some improvement. Overall, I received the coverage I needed, but I wasn't overly impressed. 3/5 stars.
