If I could leave a review with no stars I would. I went to the hospital and there were 3 people in the waiting room including me. 2 of those people went in and I was sitting there. I was triaged and told they were cleaning 4 rooms and I would be called back. That was at 10:30. Another family came in they triaged them and took them back. I left at 11:20 and I am on my way to St. Clare s. I m 6 weeks pregnant with pain in my back and left abdomen...they just left me sitting there. Last year, I took my daughter in because she cut her finger and it looked like it was hanging off. They left us sitting there for 2 hours while they took other people back. We weren t called back until I explained I was too scared to look if her finger was hanging off and would go to another hospital so THEY could save her finger if it was that bad. I had pneumonia in 2012 and was yet again told they were cleaning a room for me at 1:00am. I left at 4:00am after I sat there for 3 hours waiting for the room. This place is a horrible joke. I m leaving my OBGYN because I refuse to deliver again in Newton. And please don t tell me you will pass this on to Management. You don t care! I will be notifying my insurance company in the morning to let them know what took place. Horrible...horrible place.
