I had a very average experience with Floor Systems...

I had a very average experience with Floor Systems & Design LLC. The quality of their work was satisfactory. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. They were not very responsive to my inquiries and it took them quite some time to complete the project. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected better.
