Such a horrible company. If I was able to leave no stars I would. There customer service is completely horrible! I made a payment in full for something on my credit score and it has yet to be reported. I had no issues getting through to a live person in regards to making my payment but now that its been made i have yet to get anyone. I have left numerous voicemails and yet no call back.

FINALLY WAS ABLE TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE AND THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY NO HELP! THE REPRESENTATIVE I HAD DIDNT EVEN WANT TO PASS ME THROUGH TO A SUPERVISOR THAT I REQUESTED AND TRIED TO HAVE ME SPEAK TO SOMEONE I ORGINALLY SPOKE TO. FINALLY SPOKE TO THE "SUPERVISOR" AND SHE WAS COMPLETELY RUDE.
