Living in Sand Pebble Condominium Association, INC has been a mixed experience for me. While the location is convenient and the facilities are decent, there have been some issues with maintenance and noise. The management team has been responsive to my concerns, but I hope to see improvements in these areas. Overall, it's an okay place to live, but not outstanding.
