I visited Cynergy Spa last week and I must say it was an average experience. The staff was friendly but the service was just okay. The massage therapist seemed inexperienced and I didn't feel fully relaxed after the session. The spa ambiance was nice, but overall, it wasn't a great experience. I expected more from a reputed spa like Cynergy Spa.
