I recently had my haircut at Just cuts and I must say it was an average experience. The staff was courteous but the hairstylist didn't really understand what I wanted. The final result was okay, but not great. I expected a higher level of expertise from a professional salon. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a terrible experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
