I had a mixed experience with City of Commerce EBDC. Some aspects were good, while others were not up to par. The customer service was average and could be improved. The staff was friendly, but not very knowledgeable. The website was easy to navigate, but I encountered some technical issues. Overall, I think there is room for improvement.
