I have been a customer of Anchor Group Management Inc for several years and I must say, their service is average. While they are prompt in responding to my queries and resolving issues, I feel that there is room for improvement. The website is easy to navigate and provides all the necessary information. However, there have been a few instances where there were delays in processing my requests. Overall, I would rate them as average.
