I am a regular CUSTOMER of Airkit and I have to say their service is average. While it gets the job done, it lacks the finesse that you would expect from a top-tier company. The website is easy to navigate and the customer support is responsive, but there are definitely areas that can be improved upon. Overall, it's an okay experience.
