I had a mixed experience with Bolsaria. While their product quality was good, their customer service was lacking. I had an issue with an item I purchased and it took a long time to get a response from their support team. However, once they did respond, they were able to resolve my issue satisfactorily. Overall, I would say they have room for improvement in terms of customer service.
