I recently had the opportunity to work with a certain architectural firm. The team at this company did an average job in terms of the services provided. While they did meet the basic requirements and completed the project in a timely manner, I feel that the overall quality could have been better. Communication with the team was decent, but I wish there had been more proactive updates throughout the process. Additionally, the website was informative but lacked the wow factor that I was hoping to see. Overall, I would rate this company as average. They are competent and get the job done, but there are certainly areas for improvement in terms of communication and delivering a more visually appealing website.
