I recently purchased some lumber from this company and I must say I was impressed with their selection and quality. 🌳 The website was easy to navigate, making it simple to find what I needed. However, the delivery process took longer than expected – 😕 I had to wait almost a week for my order to arrive, which was a bit frustrating. But once it did, the lumber was in good condition and met my expectations. The customer service was decent, although they could have been a bit more responsive to my inquiries. Overall, my experience was average. 👍 The quality of the product was satisfactory, but the delivery time and customer service could use improvement. I would consider purchasing from them again in the future, but I hope they can address these issues to provide a better experience for their customers.
