I had an average experience with Pensar. The overall service was decent, but nothing exceptional. The website was easy to navigate, and the information provided was helpful. However, I felt that the customer support could have been more responsive. There were a few times when I had to wait longer than expected for a reply. Overall, Pensar is an average company.
