I recently had a not-so-pleasant experience with Ceatec Japan. The product I purchased did not meet my expectations, and it took a lot of follow-ups to get the issue resolved. The customer service was not very helpful initially, but they eventually managed to resolve the problem. I would rate them as an average company.
