I have been a customer of Aexcellent Telecommunications, Inc. for several years now and I must say, their service is average. While they have a decent selection of plans and options, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I've encountered numerous issues where their representatives were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in resolving my problems. Overall, I would say they are just okay.
