I recently used the services of this company, and overall, my experience was quite average. The website was easy to navigate and provided plenty of information about their programs and services. However, I found the customer service to be somewhat lacking. 🤔 It took a while to get a response to my inquiries, and I didn't feel like my concerns were fully addressed. On the positive side, the programs offered seem to be comprehensive and well-organized. I just wish the company would improve its communication and responsiveness to better support its clients. The mission of the organization is admirable, and with some improvements, the company could really excel in making a positive impact on the community.
